The guy in the Zone 7 vehicle offered me a job. He was out photographing the waters too. Zone 7 is Alameda County's flood control and water conservation agency. My camera lens kept getting wet in the rain even under my umbrella, so that is why there is a smudge in the upper part of the picture.
